Inspired ideas include hidden and multi-use furniture, an enclosed sleep/work room, kitchens with standard-size appliances, and wall-to-wall sliding glass doors opening to a deck. Planned owners' amenities range from an owner's lounge, BBQ's, fire pits, and a spa pool to a ski-locker room and bike storage. Also in the planning stages are one- and two-bedroom residences.
